I just completed a preview of the new condominium-hotel conversion at the Gallery One. It is located on the Intracoastal in Fort Lauderdale just east of the Galleria on Sunrise Boulevard. Prices range from the $200s to $700s.

Each of these developments have different rules about owner occupancy (for example - - zoning regulations on Fort Lauderdale Beach allow owners only 90 days a year in residence) and hotel room revenue, maintenance fees, taxes, etc.
